TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Subject of the contract
ANGATU sells the goods offered in the online shop to customers under the the sales and delivery conditions listed below. ANGATU reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and ANGATU is only concluded through an order from the customer and acceptance of the order by ANGATU. The customer's order is placed via the Internet. ANGATU accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation by email.
3. Orders
Sending the order is binding and the present terms and conditions are considered accepted. The contract of sale is only finally concluded with the confirmation of the dispatch by the seller. In rare cases it may happen that ordered products can no longer be delivered despite order confirmation. If, contrary to expectations, an item is not available, the seller will inform you as soon as possible and clarify the further procedure.
Orders will be processed continuously unless otherwise communicated (e.g. holiday absences as per communication in the webshop).
4. Payment Terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legal value added tax (except voucher orders). The prices quoted at the time of ordering are binding (obvious errors excluded). The shipping costs will be charged additionally. The valid payment options are the specified credit cards and Twint.
4.1 Percentage vouchers from various promotions cannot be cumulated and are not valid on already reduced goods.
4.2 Additional costs in the event of late payment:
1st payment reminder (by email): free of charge
2nd reminder (by email): CHF 20.-
3rd reminder (by email and post): CHF 50.-
5. Shipping conditions
We deliver throughout Switzerland with Swiss Post at a fixed price of CHF 8.50 per shipment, unless otherwise stated. These shipping costs are added to the sales price. We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. You will receive your order within 2-3 working days, per A-Post with a tracking number.
If a product is not in stock, it cannot be delivered and ANGATU will contact you regarding this matter - whether you will want a refund or wait until the product is here, which can take up to 1 month.
The shipping address is the address provided in the order. If the address or name stated cannot be identified by Swiss post (e.g if name is not on the mailbox or wrong name or address) and the goods are therefore returned to us, the customer will have to bear the extra costs of CHF 19.00 (post charges CHF 8.50 + re-shipping CHF 8.50 + CHF 2.00 handling fee).
If the recipient is absent, the post office may deposit the parcel in front of the door. ANGATU cannot be held liable if shipped parcels cannot be found.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of ANGATU until full payment has been made. If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, ANGATU is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take possession of the goods.
7. Right of return/cancellation
You have a 7-day right of return. Please contact us via email ana.cb.amorim@outlook.com with your order number, product to be returned and reason. We will instruct you by email how to send the products back. We will refund the payment using the payment option chosen during purchase as soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition.
The return shipping costs are the buyer's expense.
The buyer is required to check the goods received for defects immediately upon receipt and to report these to the seller within the return period.
7.1. The returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging is part of the product and must also be undamaged and in perfect condition. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge up to 20% of the sales price.
8. Liability
ANGATU assumes no liability for the handling and use of the delivered articles or for incompatibilities/allergies on materials. We will be happy to advise you before you purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
ANGATU reserves all rights to every design, every text and every graphic on its website. Copying or any other reproduction of all or part of this website is permitted solely for the purpose of placing an order with ANGATU.
10. Data Protection
10.1. ANGATU site is hosted by Wix, which assures that the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards will be observed when collecting, processing and using personal data.
10.2. When you register for the newsletter, your email address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The deregistration is possible at any time.
10.3. This website uses Google Analytics and it uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed.
11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law shall apply to all legal relationships arising from or in connection with this purchase. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
